The construction of this small building represented a technical and design challenge, due to the need to integrate it harmoniously into a recent residential complex distinguished by high architectural and environmental quality.
The compact, steel-framed structure is clad in natural stone, in material continuity with its surroundings. The project aimed to balance modernity with respect for the built landscape, enhancing the characteristics of the site.
The main challenges, such as limited accessibility and tight construction timeframes, were overcome thanks to careful logistical planning and flexible construction solutions. The result is a understated, coherent building, perfectly integrated into its context.
